Hop in the Car and Visit Diverse Viewpoints of The Grand Canyon!

These scenic drives circle the North Rim and make the perfect trip to see all the incredible viewpoints of the Grand Canyon. There are picnic areas and hiking trails at each stop.


Point Imperial
  • Visit the highest point of the North Rim at 8,803 feet in elevation. This overlooks the Painted Desert, the Marble Canyon and the eastern Grand Canyon.
  • This stop has access to Ken Patrick Trail and the Point Imperial Trail
Vista Encantada
  • Parking and picnic areas are available
Roosevelt Point
  • Parking is available
  • This stop has access to the Roosevelt Point Trail
Walhalla Overlook / Walhalla Glades Pueblo
  • Parking is available
  • Guests can see specular canyon views as well as access to the Ancestral Puebloan home site
Cape Royal
  • Parking, restrooms and picnic areas are available
  • This stop has access to the Cape Royal Trail where guests can see the expansive views of the east and west of the Grand Canyon. This is one of the best views of the Grand Canyon!
